Once again oh so sunny in Nice. I had a big breakfast and later in the afternoon decided to go on another run for the week (of course I did not run the entire time). Last night's Body Pump was a really intense workout so my legs were not yet in the best shape but I still wanted to go out since the weather was perfect. It turned out to be a rather long run, over an hour and a half burning 1000kcal!
So to sum up a great workout week; 2*1,5h runs and 2 Body Pumps. Altogether over 3000kcal. Quite good I must say. So now just gonna enjoy the rest of the weekend.
