Behind the Streets of Fashion Week

As you may already know, Fashion Month may be over, but the Streets keep talking. If anything that one may learn during Fashion Week is to see who caught everyones attention with the latest runway collections.

I've always stated that the runway should only serve as an inspiration to see clothes in a different way, because what you see on the streets is something totally different - new style, new personality, new body. Take for example how Prada turned out to be a beautiful and chic dress on Giovanna Battaglia (Slide 1) to edgy on Madame Carine Roitfeld (Slide 8). Who styled it better? You decide.

But who took the crown this season - as usual - was style freak, Anna dello Russo, who never fails to be the diva of the Streets. She went from a grungy Saint Laurent baby doll dress (Slide 1), to putting on a unique twist on a Valentino lace dress with those Mickey Mouse ears (Slide 4), to working that brisk feathered Dries Van Noten dress (Slide 6).

Chanel's Fall 2013 punk-y collection also made a noteworthy presence (Slide 2), whilst Louis Vuitton's  Fall 2013 slip-dresses didn't stay on bed as one may have thought they were for(Slide 5). And as far as menswear is concerned, I have to say girls ruled this month, but one that did catch my attention was an Etro navy printed polo shirt (Slide 10). Sometimes a simple but very detailed polo shirt is all that requires to be photographed. In simpler terms, there's no excuse not to put some basic investments into your new fall wardrobe ladies and gents.
